Trainee Production Manager Daventry Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week Up to £25,000 + Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Bike2work Scheme + Internal Training Trainee Production Manager required for a successful family run manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for a driven candidate to make the first step into manufacturing! The Trainee Production Manager role will suit a candidate from any background looking to further / begin their manufacturing career. Candidates already from an engineering background are also encouraged to apply. The role will suit a candidate willing to learn and make the most of the structured management trainee programme on offer. Previous management / supervisory / team leader experience in any sector, including outside of engineering is a requirement to apply for the role. The successful applicant will undertake the company's management training programme which in most cases lasts a year. This involves working through different placements within the companies 3 factories and being part of a management team of 5. The training involves shadowing members of the management team and learning as much as possible from them. After completion of the training programme you will be a fully-fledged member of the Production Management team. You will get placed as either a floating manager across the 3 factories or a static manager within a specific factory.
