Job Description

Techincal Sales Manager Role on offer where you will play a key role in the future direction of the company and play a key role in both Commercial and Engineering growth. Do you have strong sales experience within an engineering background? Are you looking for a development position where you directly influence the success to a successful business and build new and existing client relationships? This well-established company have a successful track record of delivering innovative bespoke solutions in a project orientated business. Due to a sustained period of success they are expanding their commercial department and as such require a Technical sales manager to help grow new projects and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new contracts, and opportunities, as well as helping to grow existing relationships to see them fully reach their potential. As well as a focus on client-base, you will also be championing new product development and liaising with Technical staff to help manage the process. You will also be expected to contribute to the company's social media presence and provide regular reports on company performance. The company have an excellent track-record of developing their staff through ongoing training and career progression and are dedicated to helping their staff achieve as much as they possibly can The ideal candidate will have come from a Sales or Development background within an Engineering discipline, now looking to take the next step up and play a key role in the future growth of a successful company with big plans for 2020 The Role: *Technical Sales Manager *Build and growth of new and existing business *Working on new product development *Overseeing Business performance *£40,000 - £45,000 + Development + Pension + Bonus The Person: *Experience within a Sales/Development role in the Engineering sector *Knowledge of Social Media Development *Knowledge of relevant legislation to aid compliance *Based in North Essex
