Technical Field Sales Manager Permanent Opportunity Midlands and North Territories Salary Up To £55k DOE + Bonus + Car + Laptop + Mobile We are urgently seeking an experienced Technical Field Sales Manager, with experience of solution-selling, for our client who are a provider of outsourced solutions to a range of OEM industries, such as: * Food processing * Machine Tool * Packaging * Printing * Power & Distribution * Scientific Equipment The ideal candidate will have a technical solution- led sales background, be new business focused, energetic and motivated and have a wealth of knowledge across the engineering sector; preferably within the automation, control panel or cable harness manufacturing industries. Skills/Knowledge/Experience: * You must have experience of working in a technical sales environment * Knowledge of OEM sector * Have experience of analysing customer needs and creating solutions * Proven consultative approach to developing new business relationships * The ability to plan strategically with strong commercial acumen * Proven track record in a technical-led solution sales Key duties & responsibilities: * Maximise sales and profitability * Market mapping and identifying key customers * Ensure annual sales budgets are achieved * Focus on high-value add opportunities * Solving high-value problems Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
