Senior Sales Negotiator
A highly successful, forward thinking well known brand in Estate Agency is looking to recruit an experienced SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their team based at their Kingston office.
You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be a the SOLE NEGOTIATOR, so lots of commission to be had. Valuation experience is a bonus but NOT essential
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 or 2 years’ previous experience in residential sales and a proven track record in securing new business. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
The role attracts a highly competitive salary package and fantastic future potential.
The skills required for this SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR role will include:
- At least 1 or 2 years’ experience as a residential estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
