My Client, a forward thinking leading East London Estate Agent are searching for a tenacious, driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their fast paced office in Canary Wharf.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Senior Negotiator or an ambitious Negotiator to take the next step up in their career!

The Package

Progression within an excellent company
Excellent salary package with a very realistic OTE of £45,000

The Person

Have experience either as a Senior Sales Negotiator, or extensive experience as a Sales Negotiator within the Property Industry
Have extensive knowledge of the sales process within property
Be target driven
Be well spoken and presented
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work well within a team
Hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car

The Role

Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
Promoting properties via different mediums
Over achieving Targets
Booking mortgage appointments
Selling conveyancing
Maintaining great relationships with Clients
