The Client:

Prestigious, market-leading independent agent in the South West area, with a broad range of stock from new builds to houses, now looking for driven Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful team. They have an enviable training and progression program where you will be given a clear opportunity to rise through the ranks and always a high level of stock to keep you motivated.

You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to deliver the sales strategy for your department. As well as registering applicants, viewings, and offers, building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors is key, as is an emphasis on client care and sales through consultation. Our client has built a business through referrals and recommendations, so you are not just a negotiator but a brand ambassador.

Ideal Candidate

Ideally some experience estate agency (but more important is personality, keeness to learn and work ethic)

Driven and hard-working

Strong sales skills, self-motivated and tenacious

Service orientated and focussed on customer care

Articulate, well-presented and well-spoken

Keen to learn and develop with a company

Typical Responsibilities

· Responding to telephone, website leads

· Registrations and Applicant Management

· Conducting viewings with prospective buyers

· Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor

· Keeping in regular contact with all potential buyers, updating records accordingly

. Negotiating offers between parties

. Overseeing the efficient progression of the sale until completion

. Sourcing new business through developing relationships with clients, landlords and being pro-active in the area

· Helping to increase market share in existing markets and maximising new business opportunities

· Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner

· Maintaining standards according to company policy and the Ombudsman code

· Liaising with administration teams·

· Reaching targets and company KPI’S

· Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times

· Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
