SEND Youth Support Worker - Westminster SEND Education Westminster Full-time, September 2019 start Daily pay £70 - £80 depending on experience Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to work in SEND educational settings across West London. Our schools are looking for Youth Support Workers that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in classroom settings. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical. All long-term positions are for a September 2019 start date.
