Your role As a sales trainer, you will identify, design, deliver and evaluate sales training sessions for all new sales starters in line with the Group's brand values and mission statement. Working alongside the sales manager, you will be responsible for delivering a standard induction programme for all new sales starters as well as focusing on the day-day management of the trainee sales executives. Additionally, you will identify training and development needs within the sales division through job analysis, appraisal reviews and performance stats, providing support to managers to solve specific training problems either on a one-one basis or in groups Your profile With previous experience of coaching and providing feedback, you will be an effective communicator with selling experience who is able to work independently and in a team environment in order to manage the expectations of others. You will have experience in leveraging business relationships to recognise skills and performance gaps as well as a strong background in designing interactive course content. An enthusiastic and practice individual, you will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise effective. A coaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
