Sales Manager - Estate Agent
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential BRANCH SALES MANAGER who is tenacious, driven and committed. The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, a great track record in Property Sales, and the ability to win great instructions at the right price for the right fee!
You will ideally already be a Sales Manager or an Assistant Sales Manager who is keen to take the next step on the career ladder. You will be responsible for ensuring the Branch hits targets; is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients. You will need to be a good leader, an effective manager, a trusted support and a charismatic mentor.
The skills required for this BRANCH SALES MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
·Experienced residential Sales Agent
·Listing / Valuations experience
·Managing a team
·Excellent sales ability
·High level of customer service skills
·Good telephone manner and positive attitude
·Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
·Local knowledge of the Aldershot residential area
·Full Driving License essential
·Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
