Basic Salary: £18k (OTE: £35k Uncapped)
Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Streatham, SW16
We are looking for a passionate Property Negotiator to join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful Independent Estate Agency based in the Streatham, South London area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and Sales, however if you have experience in just one of these fields you will be also be seriously considered providing you can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and a desire to learn and have a positive and outgoing attitude.
You should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.
The position attracts a salary that is negotiable – and is based on your skillset and experience.
The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential Sales Agent / Letting Agent
- Excellent sales ability
- Listing / Valuation experience advantageous with extra commission structure
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the South London area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
