A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join a thriving, vibrant and prestigious estate agency based in North London.




Reporting to:  Lettings & Sales Manager

  • Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills are required
  • The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure when the need arises
  • Be able to meet deadlines, prioritise and use their own initiative
  • Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner
  • Good  IT skills including intermediate knowledge of  Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good customer relations and communication skills are required

Job Description


  • Administrative support for Lettings Manager and team.
  • Using Veco & RPS to upload property details and client information
  • Typing valuation and instruction letters
  • Preparing, updating and printing property lists
  • Preparing property details
  • Arranging for photographs to be taken of properties, liaising between client and photographer, or booking out of keys
  • Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down
  • Changing window display
  • Management of Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates & Electrical Reports – Including arranging and sending to Landlord and Tenants
  • Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents
  • Invoicing for second year fees
  • Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times
  • Stationery ordering via the online stationery system
  • Maintaining key system, including daily checks and signing keys in and out to contractors and other agents
  • Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details as and when necessary
  • Advertising – preparing and proof-reading all adverts for all weekly and monthly publications
  • Production of lettings & sales documents
  • Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail
  • General administration duties and canvassing

Property or Administration background preferable

20 days holiday per annum (office is closed for all bank holidays and between Xmas and New Year)
