Rayner Personnel Vacancy - Property Manager -
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, forward thinking and energetic PROPERTY MANAGER to join a lively company with offices in the Farnborough area.
The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties across the local area, so experience in all aspects of the property management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential.
You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors, so the ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential.
The skills required for this PROPERTY MANAGER role will include:
·Experience in Property Management
·Understanding of current lettings legislation
·Highly organized and able to prioritise work load
·Problem solve effectively
·High level of customer service skills
·Good telephone manner and positive attitude
·Ability to work in a pressurised environment
·Knowledge of the local area helpful
·Full Driving License essential and own car essential
·Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
