Job Description

Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Administrator to join an expanding business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our friendly and supportive team based on the outskirts of York. As an Office Administrator working in all areas of the business. You will be tasked with supporting the business with a range of administrative duties. You will be required to provide a high quality and reliable service and will be expected to respond to customers' queries via telephone and email channels in a polite, calm and professional manner. You will have the ability to work on your own, with other staff members and with senior management to deliver the excellent service levels that our customers have come to expect from us. Person Specification: Essential: An excellent level of IT literacy, especially with Word, and Excel (however, have the adaptability to use bespoke software) Extremely organised and punctual Team-player mentality Quick learner with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail suited to working in a regulated environment Desirable: Excellent customer service skills Strong administration skills, the ability to multi task, and be adaptation to change requirements Hours: Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09.00 to 17:00 (1/2 hour for lunch) Interested?
