Our client is looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based in their High Wycombe office.They are an established high end brand dealing in Sales, Lettings and New homes and pride themselves on offering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and persuasive individual who is highly driven and enthusiastic with a proven background in Estate Agency but not necessarily New homes. So this is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first role in New homes or someone currently in a New homes position but looking to work for a well established company.
Your working week will be split between the office and various New home sites. Commission is earned on the New homes department as a whole which currently has a large pipeline , so the opportunity exists to earn commission from day one.
The working week will include every other weekend. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car, business mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
