Job Description

An opportunity has become available to join a well known Facilities Management Organisation, as a Mobile Area Cleaning Supervisor, to support cleaning contracts held across the Perth region. This is a great opportunity for a Cleaner to step up into a Supervisors role, or a current Supervisor to develop current experience further. The Role: You would be responsible for Supervising a large cleaning team dedicated to our extensive retail portfolio, building relationships internally and partnering with our customers to ensure the highest standards are adhered. The ideal candidate will have good communication, organisation and team management skills. Shift Pattern- 6am-2pm (3 days) then 2pm-11pm (2 days) will include weekends 5 out of 7 days, Van Included- Must have a driving licence. Roles available across specific postcodes only, ideally you must live in; PH1 - PH41 Main Duties: Support and guide operatives to achieve service levels Regular checks to clean to specified areas Respond to cleaning requests as required To maintain relationships with customers and fellow employees People Management - Manage and develop team to promote high morale and motivation Undertake site familiarisation with all new employees detailing cleaning regime, waste procedures, opening and lockup procedures, air lock door procedures. Management of the provision of service delivery and performance Ensure delivery of all services in line with contractual requirements and customer satisfaction Contribute to and maintain excellent Client relationship Create and manage effective supplier relationships Required: Health and Safety management experience Proven track record of Cleaning/ Cleaning Supervisor Previous experience supervising a team of cleaning operatives (+30) Ideally held key holder responsibilities Ideally an understanding of managing multiple sites Ability to quickly build credible relationships and to challenge when necessary Excellent organizational skills HSE understanding Proficient in all aspects of MS OfficeTo Apply for immediate review, please send an up to date CV
