The role: Working within the wider Marketing team, the Retail Marketing Coordinator role will co-ordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, with a focus on window campaigns, throughout the retail business, managing POS and marketing communications from conception through to implementation to a portfolio of over 100 stores (Flannels and USC). The ideal candidate will have experience working within a retail marketing environment and will have a good knowledge and understanding of retail marketing and the wider market. Responsibilities Creating and implementing retail marketing campaigns, including window schemes and in store POS Windows - working with the content creation and design teams to agree concepts, coordinate implementation to the retail estate including allocations, arranging print and delivery and in store implementation Coordinating the retail marketing for any seasonal promotions, including the bi-annual sale and Black Friday promotions, to ensure stores have the relevant POS to launch promotions smoothly, on time and in line with the wider business Maintaining the individual store window guide information POS - managing the daily POS ordering system and organising the seasonal POS refresh Managing the seasonal digital screen updates Maintaining and updating the in-store music system Liaising with the Retail Comms team to communicate relevant marketing information and give marketing support at retail level Compiling, reviewing and actioning store marketing requests Admin support for new store openings, including in store POS and window allocations, for both UK and European stores Assisting the wider retail marketing team on a daily basis with organisational support of key marketing objectives Maintaining marketing administration for the department Ad hoc tasks including maintaining the PO system and raising invoices, updating the marketing calendar, supporting on in store events, maintaining gift card quantities, compiling presentations, PR call ins etc. You Have (Skill set) Experience working in a Retail Marketing Coordinator role Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels High proficiency in Adobe Suite including In Design, Illustrator and Phosotshop Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Reliable, supportive and positive with a committed and hardworking attitude The ability to cope under pressure and work towards deadlines Innovative and a forward thinker A proactive problem solver Key performance indicators: Delivering retail campaigns on time and effectively Supporting the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team across all aspects of the department.
