Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Salary: upto £32,000
Location: West London
Hours: 9am to 6pm Mon - Fri + One Saturday a month 9.30am to 4pm
The Company
Our client is a well-established, friendly and professional Estate Agency in West London who are now looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic, hard-working team.
Aside from supporting the Lettings teams you will also take on some PA duties for the Lettings Director.
Lettings Administration
- Preparing for appraisals including Land Reg and appraisal pack
- Sending out appraisals & Terms of Business
- Managing instruction process including digital signatures
- Booking photos, floor plans and EPCs
- Inputting properties and people onto the database, database management including unsubscribers
- Overseeing AML checks and verification - Land Registry checks and vendors/executors/landlords and tenants
- Producing brochures and window cards - ensure both are correct and up to date with price changes
- Launching properties on web portals and maintaining once online
- Matching new properties out to suitable applicants
- Liaising with vendors, landlords and applicants
- Managing and tagging keys
- Reporting IT, printer & phones issues to companies providers
- Preparing reports for Lettings meetings
- General admin support to Lettings team and directors
- Meet and greet and answer phone
- Managing and maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining local Lettings price data
- Monitoring sickness/absence
