Role & Responsibilities There is a requirement for an Interim DC Member Engagement Specialist to run a major engagement programme with their scheme members. We are looking for someone who really understands Defined Contribution (DC) schemes and can lead on a high-profile business project; which will involve analysing the current position, synthesising the plan and keeping momentum going with the project team. The Desired Applicant The successful interim DC Member Engagement Specialist will have: * Knowledge of DC pension schemes * The ability to think both strategically and laterally; with a broad set of management expertise across: product, marketing (channels), communications, project management * Strong relationship management skills with colleagues and key stakeholders * The confidence to work directly with the Board and CEO * Project management experience * Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory requirements * The ability to make improvements and implement change within the operating environment * Excellent leadership and relationship / account management skills How to Apply Interested applicants should log in/register and upload a relevant CV.
