Regional Head of Sales - Midlands

Market leading propTech company is looking for a forward thinking Regional Head of Sales to cover the Midlands.

The Head of Regional Sales within our Commercial team is a key role, responsible for leading a regional team of Territory Account Managers and defining the strategy and approach across a region. Supported by Internal Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives, you will be responsible for orchestrating best in class customer engagement to our clients, meeting growth targets for your region and developing a team of highly motivated successful sales professionals.

You will need to be -

  • Experienced people manager across all grades of sales; including performance management, training, coaching, data analysis & reporting
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure
  • Ability to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving performance-led environment, adapting quickly to change and able to lead a team through this
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated - with the ability to work on own initiative; demonstrate consistently sound judgement and creative thinking
  • Exposure working in digital transformation environments helping customers to understand the value of and how to unlock their digital potential
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to research, analyse and implement new ideas
  • Inter-personal skills to enable working with people at all levels. Must be credible and comfortable dealing with and presenting to senior company execs
  • Proven experience of managing and owning senior client/stakeholder relationships,with responsibility for account development, financials and management.
