The Club House & Golf The Club House is our Members & Golfers' bolthole. A timber framed barn with a relaxed & informal atmosphere and a stunning outlook, the Club House feels more like a home away from home than a typical Club House. An informal space to relax over great wines & simple but exceptional food as golfers come off the Course. Title Head Chef Location The Club House & Golf Department Culinary - Club House Closing 26/11/2019 Head Chef £30,000 We're looking for a Head Chef who will thrive in an environment that is unforgettable, enchanting and private member focused. Our Club House Head Chef is responsible for the smooth operation of the Club House kitchen and play an integral part in the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Private Members Restaurant at The Club House. As our Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers. You will be a natural leader and work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager in recruiting, training and motivating the team to take every opportunity to delight our guests. We are happy to discuss any working opportunities whether you are looking for a full time or a part time role. • Our full-time role will typically work 5 days out of 7 including weekends. • Our part time roles can be 2/3 or 4 days a week but be prepared to help support us during our busiest times i.e. the weekend.
