Partner Financial are working with a multinational manufacturing business which has revenues of over £100 million, with a manufacturing, production, sales, and operations footprint worldwide. Embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth and development, they are seeking an Interim Global FP&A Analyst. This critical and high-profile role requires a technically skilled professional to lead and deliver a variety of integral projects; Business Planning, Budgeting cycle and any Ad-hoc projects directed by the FP&A Director and CFO. This will run alongside day-to-day financial planning activities and a commitment to constant business improvement. Key Competencies: * Full accounting qualification with extensive PQE; * Experienced in owning and delivering high-quality reports, budgets, business plans, and balance sheets across a broad international organisation; * Both operational and strategic business acumen; able and motivated when driving continuous improvements to basic FP&A tools; * Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working in a complex environment where the provision of quality MI is a key business driver; * Outstanding MS Excel Skills; * Excellent influencing skills, both written and oral, at senior financial and non-financial stakeholder levels; * Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced and fluctuating environment; * A robust personality ability to work in a challenging environment; * Ability to work independently and as a part of an international team.
