Job Description

Finance Associate Enterprise House The Role As a Finance Associate providing essential support to the National Accounts Finance team, you'll be involved in all aspects of Corporate Finance from performance reporting to involvement in customer retenders and growth opportunities. Supporting the National Finance Manager on a daily basis you will eventually take ownership of the smaller customers within the Sectors portfolio. This role comes with a full study package. The opportunity comes at an exciting time for the team with a new customer first structure enabling a greater breadth of experience for it's Finance colleagues through strong cross-functional relationships. This role gives the successful candidate exposure to all financial elements of our customer contracts ensuring a sound knowledge of the key drivers of profitability across the division. Main responsibilities • Supporting the collation of the monthly Business Unit Review which in turn informs the Head of Finance and National Accounts Director for presentation to the Board • Reporting on the key customer contractual measures to ensure these are on target, including measurement of Average Delivery Frequency and Average Delivery Values • Carrying out rebate reconciliations, ensuring that the customer balance sheets are in order • Supporting the Finance Manager with retender and growth Financial Evaluations • Adhoc reporting including variance analysis and supporting the Sector Managers with customer queries Ideal candidate Enthusiastic, results-orientated and tenacious with an appetite for continuous improvement, you should have a history of adding value in a fast-paced, complex commercial environment. Initiative and adaptability are essential. Prior experience in financial analysis, modelling and report building to a high standard is vital.
