Job Description

We are currently looking for a GSE Technician to couver the South of the UK, with potential international travel. The role is on a Monday to Friday Days role, paying £14-16PHR DOE Responsibilities * Attending breakdowns. Trouble shooting equipment, identifying suitable repairs within the customer's expectation and budget. * Compiling customer reports, providing on site feedback and updates on repairs or parts required. * Carrying out preventative and routine maintenance on required equipment. * Carry out on site quality inspections of maintained equipment and report findings. * Organising specialist assistance if required. * Identifying and ordered of parts where required within the customers' requirements for cost efficiently and demand. * Carry out de-icer checks i.e fluid calibrations and fire system checks within the manufactures guidelines. Providing certification in a timely manner. * Adhere to all client workshop rules and practices on site. Comply with all health and safety legislation. * To undertake any training either within the company or externally including health and safety training. Key requirements * Knowledge of ground support equipment ideal (knowledge of plant equipment will be accepted). * Ability to read technical drawings and work to manufacturers guidelines. * Able to plan and manage own workload to company and client requirements. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven ability to meet deadlines. * Possible overseas travel required. * Applicants must be able to demonstrate good character and provide five years work of employment referencing due to air side requirements. * Applicants must have a clean drivers licence
