- Jupix experience beneficial
- Management of touting software
- Preparing Tenancy agreements
- Terms of business
- Key management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities of the Property Administrator will include:
- Day to day admin tasks
- Sales/Valuation letters
- Helping with filing
- Supporting negotiators with admin tasks
- Saturday rota
- Staff birthdays
- PA duties
