My client are a successful and well known estate agent throughout East Anglia who are looking for an experienced lettings professional to build a lettings operation for them from their Cambridge branch.

In return for hard work and high performance you will be rewarded with a great salary, commission, bonus schemes, trips and further incentives. 

£40,000-£45,000 OTE

Skills and experience needed for this Lettings Manager role include:

• At least 3-5 years lettings experience
• Proven track record in growing market share
• Preferred local knowledge and experience in the Cambridge lettings market
• The desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven time management and organisational skills
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Confidence to nurture and inspire the team
• Hold a full UK driving licence
