Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Planner/Reliability Engineer to join our on-site team in Stowmarket. You will be a key player in the efficient running of the on-site Engineering Maintenance Team. Duties will include ensuring scheduled maintenance tasks are planned effectively, and completion data is recorded and analysed for trend analysis. You will assist in the procurement of engineering materials and stock level management. You will also be required to analyse detailed equipment failure information to prevent repeat failures through re-design or improved maintenance inspections. In addition, you will deputise for our on-site Operations Manager when required. Skills/Experience: It is essential you have a strong maintenance background/knowledge together with previous maintenance planning experience. Experience of Reliability techniques and practices is advantageous. You should have good computer experience (word, excel and outlook) together with experience of working on CMMS systems. Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Qualifications: You must possess a technical trade qualification relevant to your trade (ie. City & Guilds or Btec). For electrically qualified personnel City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition is essential. We provide a strong health and safety culture and for motivated employees ample personal development opportunities.
