As a conveyancing legal secretary, you would be supporting one conveyancing solicitor/legal executive. Regular reception cover will also be required. Key duties: - Digital dictation - Storing documents using a case management system - General administration, such as scanning, printing and photocopying - Opening and closing files - Booking and preparing meeting rooms - Making travel and accommodation arrangements - Reviewing timesheets - Drafting correspondence.
