Right now, we’re looking for a brilliant Client Marketing Executive who can hit the ground running and play a key part in helping us to achieve our mission of becoming the very best in the world at what we do!

If you’re creative, organised, a real people-person, have high standards and a great work ethic - we’d love to talk!

Ultimately, your main responsibility for this role will be to create and send interesting and engaging marketing collateral on behalf of our customers to help them generate more business.

You’ll get the opportunity to work with each of your clients to understand their key business goals and work that into a tailored marketing and communications strategy using our multi-faceted platform.

Attitude is what’s most important to us and although not essential, it would be great if you could come to us with the following fundamental skillsets that we can help you to build on:

  1. An understanding of the property market
  2. Great customer service skills
  3. A passion for generating results
  4. An understanding of what good marketing looks like
  5. High attention to detail with spellings and grammar
  6. A desire to learn and be the best at what you do

The rest, we’ll train you on and your performance indicators will help guide you to where you need support the most.

We’re based out of our very own two-storey commercial building in Little Eaton which is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby. It’s a great location with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities.

Plus, there’s some great walks/bike trails surrounding that many of the team take full advantage of at lunch or for a mid-afternoon break. With an on-site shower, you don’t have to worry about working up a sweat after a quick three miler!

We’ve got break-out rooms, ideas rooms, the obligatory pool table and we’ll keep you replenished with regular team lunches and refreshments.

Our culture is really important to us and building a business that our people enjoy and are proud to be a part of is a real key focus; whether it’s after-work drinks, online bingo or hitting the tarmac with the runners, we believe in working hard, but playing hard too.

Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday so you’ll have the weekends relax and recharge.
