Civil Design Engineer Berkshire £35k upwards + car Our client are a small and friendly chartered building consultancy who, over the past forty years have successfully developed their civil and structural expertise across a range of industries on multinational projects large and small. They are currently experiencing a significant growth stage and are seeking the expertise of a Civil Design Engineer with experience in residential and commercial projects within the UK to work on UK and Australian based projects. This is a fantastic chance for an engineer who is looking to make that next step in their career and hit new higher goals with a long-standing and established consultancy, building on over forty years of experience. With a steady pipeline of work available, the successful candidate will have strong design/technical skills and be ready to hit the ground running. The role includes; Civil and drainage design using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, 12d Model and Civil 3D Projects; Low to Mid-rise - Residential developments in the U.K.; Highways and Infrastructure overseas. Providing flood risk assessments, planning and feasibility advice to Clients Use of MicroDrainage, AutoCAD to develop schemes for issue. Liaising with local councils to ensure legislative compliance and approvals What you need? 4-5 years' experience in; Due-diligence and pre-acquisition appraisals NPPF Compliant FRA's Drainage Strategies and Analysis Section 104 & 185; Sewers for Adoption Section 38 and 278; Highway Designs Earthworks balancing strategies What's in it for you?
