Job Description

Position: CAFM Tech Scheduler Location: Abingdon Salary: £31,000 Rullion are currently working with a leading provider of vital multi-technical services. They specialise in lifetime support, from design through construction to maintenance, repair and operation. With the emphasis on green technology, they are forward-thinking and innovative. Our client are currently looking for an CAFM Scheduler with a strong background in Engineering/ Construction. The role itself will be based at one of the UK's leading research facilities covering substantial refurbishment work. Job Purpose: To provide the efficient and effective management of the sites CAFM system. All Legislative Maintenance carried out and documentation filed. All asset data maintained on the CAFM System with correct maintenance tasks against them. Provide analytical data on engineers performance Highlight Jeopardy Risks to the management team prior to them becoming breached Provide Line Management support to the helpdesk team Aims and Objectives: Ensure that the Statutory Compliance of the site is maintained Ensure that the contract operates and achieves all of its SLAs and KPIs. Ensure that asset database is maintained, completing variations in line with the terms of the NEC3 contract Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Essential: GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent; Detailed understanding of and experience with System Data Management within a CAFM environment Formal Project Management Experience Understanding of key deliverables of a PPM Programme Experience in use of applications such as Word, Excel and Visio Ability work on own initiative and to prioritise workload Customer Awareness - responsive to the needs of the customer and aims to deliver customer satisfaction Adaptable and responsive and open to changing circumstance. Desirable: Personal Qualities: 'A' Level passes or recognised equivalent; NVQ Level 1-2 (Administration 4396) or recognised equivalent Supervisory experience Ability to present to small groups HOW TO APPLY: Apply by sending your CV online today.
