New Business Development Manager

Job Title:        New Business Development Manager

Location:        UK wide – Travel to Swansea when required (post COVID)

Salary:            Competitive salary dependent on experience

We are an innovative and rapidly growing software provider to the estate agency market. We strive to provide the very best software and customer service to our clients and are continuing to develop new and exciting tools for estate agents.  The sales role will be field based post COVID, prior to all restrictions being lifted work can be completed at home.  Our Head Quarters are situated in Swansea and regular visits will be required when safe to do so. This role requires an individual that is confident with sales, motived by results and an excellent communicator.

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop new clients using a variety of techniques. You will work with the sales and marketing teams, to drive new customer opportunities as well as self-generating new opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

=        Generate new business via lead management and prospecting; qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth whilst pro-actively researching to find potential new customers

=        Provide an outstanding level of account management to our customers and help them achieve their commercial objectives by thoroughly understanding the fundamentals of their businesses

=        To grow revenues in line with company targets by developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to up sell and present solutions/strategies, ensuring the largest opportunities are prioritised first

=        To embed our sotware into the heart of all Estate Agents

=        To deliver highly polished and engaging presentations at senior contact levels

=        To contribute to a high-performance culture through leadership in performance, support and skill sharing with the wider team

=        To be a brand ambassador for the company at events and when required to present to larger audiences at industry conferences

=        To effectively manage data and admin, ensuring our CRM is maintained and up to date in Zoho

=        To generate new ideas for new revenue opportunities and marketing initiatives

=        Demonstrate strong commercial ability ensuring that sales targets and business needs are aligned with customer expectations
