Branch Administrator - Estate Agent
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, well organised Branch Administrator to join a well-established Independent Estate Agents in the Surbiton area.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have had previous experience within an Estate Agency office.
You must have excellent English and superb communication skills both verbal and written, be computer literate in Microsoft office and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to manage your time efficiently and stick to tight deadlines. You will also need to be personable, energetic and able to work as part of a successful busy team!
The skills required for this Branch Administrator (Part-Time / Maternity Cover) role will include:
·Previous experience in Residential Lettings administration
·Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Lettings procedures
·Booking and arranging property photographs and floorplans
·Uploading photos writing descriptions for property
·Liaising with both the Sales Branch Manager and Lettings manager
·Collection of property information forms
·Chasing Vendors for outstanding paperwork/ID
·Compiling records of Anti Money Laundering checks for all instructions
·Preparation of advertising and marketing material
·Visual marketing by way of window cards and property particulars
·Property Key Management
·Providing full office support including typing, copying, filing and other ad hoc duties as required
·Stationary ordering and management
·Touting new business
·Preparing new marketing material
·Keeping the office tidy
