Your role You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a courteous and efficient reception service to ensure each customer receives a warm welcome and their enquiries are handled professionally. You will make customer bookings and plan customer arrival times to reduce waiting times for leaving and collecting their vehicles whilst, liaising with estimators, parts and technicians on their availability. Additionally, you will prepare the invoices and related paperwork for all work carried out by the bodyshop promptly and accurately to submit for payment and accurately invoice all completed internal, trade and retail jobs. You will be required to maintain workload control spreadsheets to ensure vehicles are worked on in an efficient manner. Your profile You will have previous experience of working as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment, with excellent IT skills including the ability to us Microsoft Office products to an intermediate level.
