We are looking for a 'Key Account Manager' to strengthen the relationship with Software Key Account customers.

Key responsibilities
·Work collaboratively with Account Management team to:
·Understand customer needs related to our Software product lines and advise customers on Software solutions - linking business processes with product solutions
·Follow the client engagement model to deliver Account Health checks and collaborate with sales on customer Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring maximum customer value
·Participate in customer visits to bring insight and guidance on software solutions
·To meet with major clients on regular basis in order to develop a strong and on-going relationships
·To understand the challenges and issues of their business and how the software can add specific value
·To provide clients with personal attention and address any problems and issues
·To attend and undertake sales pitches with potential major clients alongside the Account Management team
·To work closely with the Product Owners and Engineering team to input commercial and business knowledge into new products
·To oversee project management of large installations
·To provide key account training where necessary
·Excellent client relationship skills - good at building relationships, establishing and maintaining rapport.
·Good communicator and ability to be flexible
·Excellent presentation skills
·Ability to prioritise workload and work alone without supervision
·Strong organisation and time management skills
·Able to work comfortably and efficiently under pressure in a fast changing environment
·Good interpersonal skills

Mandatory skills / experience
·Experience of UK residential and property management market
·Driving license
Strong knowledge of our clients Software Products
