The Product Analysts comprise a multi-disciplinary team of Client facing application, process and technical experts which as a team offer advanced technical advice for our platform.

The members of the team act as acknowledged experts for product, process and procedure.

At the Senior Analyst level, the team would be expected to have advanced technical knowledge of areas such as C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL, trouble shooting, and problem-solving techniques associated with the infrastructure of the product offering.

Product Analysts have a good grasp of programming techniques or be able to develop in that way.

The team works with the internal Product Owners providing business and support insight into the roadmap of products, services and identify continual improvements that will reduce on-going cost to onboard and serve, plus improve customer satisfaction.

The team liaise and work closely with the Professional Services team, supporting in the deployment of projects.

The Product Analysts team work closely with the Sales, Professional Services, Training, Customer Success, Product Owners and Service Desk teams, to ensure they are supported through knowledge transfer, Confluence articles and the reduction of the underlying cause of repeat queries.


ITIL Foundation V3 (not essential, but desired) Industry Level Accreditation (ARLA Level 3 study would be expected to be undertaken)

Business Analysis Essential: RPS Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Client Accounts, Analytics, Online, Land & New Homes and Third Parties (ISV).

Level of knowledge would need to be seen as significantly advanced, with understanding of nuanced use of the RPS product across key clients


You will have been in the business for at least 24 months before consideration would be given to a move into the Product Analyst team. The position requires deep and broad knowledge of the RPS product suite, services, processes and procedures which can only be gained through served time and an advanced, analytical problem solving capability.

You will have developed a rapport and relationship within and across the business, that supports an effective and peer-based relationship with all teams. Experience of defining and documenting complex stakeholder requirements to a level that can be understood by both technical and nontechnical audiences.
